    Our journey of more than 45 years in recruitment, has led us through exciting challenges amidst a fast-paced and unpredictable environment by its very nature. After working in a range of industrial settings, from temporary staffing and permanent consultancy to managing multinational accounts and overseeing agency branches, we have evolved to provide specialist expertise in our field – recruitment for Agriculture, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.

    With an ongoing commitment to supporting individuals looking to progress their careers and improve their work life balance, and guiding our clients towards building a strong, valued team to meet their business goals, we hope to shift the mindset that exists in the perception of recruitment agencies and demonstrate that the decisions we make are for the right reasons.

    We know that so many of the young people entering the UK job market are unaware of their options when thinking about a future career, most commonly due to the lack of knowledge and support when completing their education. We have discovered so much of our region working in recruitment, uncovering fascinating businesses that not only make up our local economy but contribute to the world on a global scale too. We want to inspire and demonstrate to our community, particularly young people without a broad picture of their prospects, that East Anglia is filled with intriguing opportunities that could become the very fabric of their futures. By partnering with local businesses, schools, colleges and communities we will share our knowledge, help with CVs and interview toolkits, introduce people to real-life, interesting career choices, and highlight the vast scope of possibilities in the working world.
