Following our recent telephone conversation we (‘the Company’) write to you to confirm how we will provide recruitment services to you.
- You authorise the Company to seek work on your behalf.
- The Company will provide you with permanent recruitment services and in doing so we will act as an employment agency as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
In providing recruitment services to you, the Company will seek your consent to process your data.
Please reply to the email in which you have been sent this line with YES if you hereby give your consent to the Company to process the following information:
Personal data
- Name
- Date of birth
- Contact details, including telephone number, email address and postal address
- Experience, training and qualifications
- CV
- National insurance number
- Include any other relevant personal data
Sensitive personal data
- Disability/health condition relevant to the role
- Criminal conviction
- Include any other relevant sensitive personal data
You herby consent to the Company processing the above personal data for the following purposes:
- For the Company to provide me with work-finding services; included but not limited to your providing your CV to companies with job opportunities you haver applied for or expressed an interest in
- For the Company to process with or transfer my personal data to their clients in order to provide me with work-finding services.
- For the Company to process my data on a computerised database, in order to provide me with work-finding services.
It is agreed and understood that the consent you give to the Company will last for 3 years.
